Terms of Service

Effective: 24 June 2026 · ZeroShot Tech Private Limited ("huntt")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of huntt, operated by ZeroShot Tech Private Limited, including our website (huntt.ai), our mobile applications (iOS and Android), and related services. By accessing or using huntt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use huntt.

1. Definitions

"huntt", "we", "us" — ZeroShot Tech Private Limited. "Services" — the huntt app, website, assistant, and related features. "You"/"User" — anyone who accesses the Services. "Content" — anything you input, upload, or generate through the Services.

2. Scope of Services

huntt provides a chat-based job-search platform that helps you find roles, customize your resume, prepare for interviews, and connect with recruiters. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free. huntt is a tool to assist your job search; we do not guarantee employment, interviews, recruiter responses, or any specific career outcome.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of huntt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information, including how we share your profile and resume with recruiters and employers. By using huntt, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. User Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
  • You are not located in any jurisdiction where use of the Services would be illegal;
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful;
  • You have the right to upload and share any content you provide to huntt.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

5. Account Requirements

Account Creation:

  • You must create an account to access most features of huntt.
  • You may register using your phone number, email, or third-party authentication (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Account Security:

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Keep your credentials secure and do not share them with others.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

One Account Policy:

  • You may maintain only one active account.
  • Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all your accounts.

Communications Consent. By registering, you authorize huntt to send you one-time passwords (OTPs) and service, transactional, and promotional messages by SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone, in-app notification, or other electronic means, to the contact details linked to your account. Message and data rates may apply. You confirm you are the authorized user of the number provided and are responsible for your device and SIM. You authorize our app to read one-time verification codes sent to your device to streamline login. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, as delivery depends on factors outside our control such as your network or carrier. You may opt out of promotional messages, but service and transactional messages are necessary to operate your account.

6. User Code of Conduct

You agree to use huntt in a lawful and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited. You must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information — upload fake or fraudulent resumes; misrepresent your qualifications, employment history, or education; provide false contact information or credentials.
  • Engage in abusive conduct — use offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing language in chats or communications; direct abusive language toward our AI systems, support staff, or other users; engage in discriminatory, hateful, or illegal behavior.
  • Violate technical restrictions — use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; circumvent security features or access restrictions; interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
  • Engage in unauthorized commercial activity — spam, solicit, or advertise without authorization; resell or redistribute access to our Services; use data from huntt for purposes unrelated to job seeking.
  • Violate intellectual property rights — upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property; use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.
  • Create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any organization.
  • Upload malicious content including viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Consequences of Violations. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms; suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice; report illegal activity to law enforcement; and take legal action for damages or injunctive relief. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to monitor user content but reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

7. User Content and License

Your Content. You retain ownership of any content you upload to huntt, including your resume, profile information, and chat messages.

However, by submitting content to huntt, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • Use, copy, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from your content;
  • Store, process, and analyze your content using AI and other technologies;
  • Share your content with recruiters, employers, and hiring partners;
  • Display and distribute your content through our Services and partner platforms;
  • Use your content for training our AI models and improving our Services;
  • Remove metadata and make modifications as necessary for technical or operational purposes.

This license survives even after you delete your account or terminate your use of huntt.

Content Representations. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that: you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the content; the content does not violate any third-party rights; the content is accurate and not misleading; and the content complies with all applicable laws.

Our Rights to Content. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or refuse to publish any content at our sole discretion; use your content for promotional purposes (with anonymization where appropriate); archive and retain your content indefinitely; and share your content as described in our Privacy Policy. You waive any moral rights or attribution claims with respect to content you submit to huntt.

8. AI Services and Limitations

huntt uses artificial intelligence to provide various services including resume parsing, job matching, career guidance, and chat assistance.

AI Disclaimers. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Accuracy Guarantee — AI-generated recommendations, suggestions, and responses are based on algorithms and training data. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.
  • No Endorsement — AI recommendations do not constitute endorsements of specific employers, jobs, or career paths.
  • Potential for Offensive Content — AI systems may occasionally generate responses that are offensive, inappropriate, or hurtful. This is unintentional, and we do not endorse such content.
  • Educational Purposes Only — AI-powered interview preparation, career advice, and guidance are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional career counseling.
  • Bias Awareness — we strive to minimize bias in our AI systems, but AI outputs may reflect limitations or biases in training data and algorithms.
  • No Human Review — AI-generated content is not necessarily reviewed by a human before being delivered to you.
  • Continuous Improvement — our AI systems are constantly learning and improving. Performance and accuracy may vary over time.

Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content; making your own independent decisions about career choices; verifying information before relying on it; and not treating AI responses as professional advice. huntt is not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

9. Job Applications and Recruiter Interactions

Application Process. When you apply for jobs through huntt: your resume and profile information will be shared with the employer/recruiter; you consent to being contacted by recruiters via email, phone, or other means; and we do not guarantee that employers will review or respond to your application.

Recruiter Verification. We do not verify the legitimacy, credibility, or trustworthiness of recruiters or employers on our Platform. You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of job postings and recruiter communications; conducting your own due diligence before sharing additional information; assessing whether job opportunities are legitimate; and making decisions about interviews, job offers, and employment.

No Liability for Recruiter Conduct. huntt is not responsible for fraudulent job postings or scam recruiters; employer misconduct or illegal hiring practices; breach of contract or non-payment by employers; discrimination or harassment by recruiters; or any harm arising from your interactions with recruiters.

Job Outcomes. We make no guarantees regarding whether you will receive interview invitations or job offers; the quality, legality, or safety of employment opportunities; or the salary, benefits, or working conditions of any job. You acknowledge that job search outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, market conditions, and employer decisions.

10. Third-Party Services

huntt may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, job boards). You acknowledge that: third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control or endorse third-party services; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties; your use of third-party services is at your own risk; and any fees charged by third parties are separate from our Services. We may receive information from third-party services in accordance with their privacy policies and your authorization.

11. Fees and Payments

Some features of huntt are offered as paid subscriptions (for example, huntt Pro). Current prices and plans are shown in the app or on our website at the time of purchase.

  • Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged for the next period, until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • In-app purchases: Where you purchase through a mobile app store (such as Google Play), the purchase is processed by that store, is subject to its terms, and refunds are handled in accordance with that store's policies.
  • Web purchases: Where you purchase through our website, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. To avoid interruption to your subscription, we may continue to charge your saved payment method, including after it expires, and may charge an alternative method you have provided.
  • Except as required by applicable law or by the relevant app store's policy, payments are non-refundable.
  • Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

huntt's IP. All content, software, code, designs, logos, trademarks, algorithms, and other intellectual property related to huntt are owned by ZeroShot Tech Private Limited or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use huntt for its intended purpose. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or extract source code; use our trademarks or branding; or sublicense or resell our Services.

Third-Party Trademarks. Company names, logos, and trademarks appearing on huntt belong to their respective owners. References to third parties are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about huntt, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, implement, and commercialize such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

Restrictions. You may not use huntt to train AI models or machine learning systems without our written consent; extract or scrape data from huntt for any purpose; or access our Services to build a competing product.

13. Disclaimers and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: huntt and all Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, and security.

We do not guarantee or warrant that you will find employment through huntt; that recruiters will respond to your applications; that AI recommendations will be accurate or helpful; that the Platform will function without interruption; that any defects will be corrected; or that the Services will be compatible with your devices.

You acknowledge that use of huntt is entirely at your own risk; you are responsible for evaluating the suitability of our Services for your needs; we make no representations about the quality, legality, or safety of job opportunities; and AI systems may produce unexpected or incorrect results.

huntt operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, in respect of content provided, uploaded, or posted by users and other third-party content that we host or display. huntt does not initiate the transmission of, select the receiver of, or modify the information contained in such user- or third-party content, and claims the protections available to intermediaries under Section 79 of the Act, subject to applicable due-diligence obligations. We are not responsible or liable for such user-generated or third-party content.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: huntt, ZeroShot Tech Private Limited, and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners (collectively, "huntt Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities; loss of data; cost of substitute services; damage to reputation or goodwill; personal injury or emotional distress; or any damages arising from use or inability to use huntt, reliance on AI-generated content, interactions with recruiters or employers, job application outcomes, fraudulent recruiters or job postings, data breaches or security incidents, errors or technical failures, third-party services, unauthorized access to your account, or content uploaded by you or other users.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HUNTT PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH MAY BE ZERO IF YOU USED FREE SERVICES).

You acknowledge that these limitations are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and huntt. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless huntt Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your use or misuse of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation; your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights); content you upload or submit; false or misleading information you provide; your interactions with recruiters, employers, or other users; or any claim that your content caused harm to a third party. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

16. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective from the date you first access huntt and continue until terminated.

Termination by You. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@huntt.ai with a deletion request or following any account deletion process provided in the Platform. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, we may retain certain information as described in our Privacy Policy, your license to use the Services will end, and the license you granted us to your content will survive termination.

Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate your access to huntt immediately, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or our policies; we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; we are required to do so by law; or we decide to discontinue the Services. We are not required to provide reasons for termination.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease; you must stop using the Services; we may delete your account and content (subject to legal retention requirements); and sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from termination of your account.

17. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@huntt.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India, in English, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against huntt.

Time Limitation. Any claim or cause of action arising under these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.

Exceptions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. However, huntt reserves the right to bring any action or proceeding against you in any jurisdiction where you reside or conduct business.

19. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and huntt regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by huntt.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms or delegate our rights and obligations to any entity without notice or your consent.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet failures, or power outages.

Notices. We may provide notices to you via email to the address associated with your account, through in-app notifications, or by posting on the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and huntt.

Updates to Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify you via email or Platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.

Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply after termination.
